Their technicians are very professional. The installation of my gas fireplace was smooth. They came twice. First time to install the fireplace and the pipes during the framing phase. The second time was final setup and cleanup. I love their service.

My family and friends have used Mike and his team on at least 6 projects and there’s no other fireplace company we would use than Ember West. They are sensitive to budgets, deadlines, and do whatever they can to make your fireplace perfect. Installation is always smooth and punctual; if they say they will be here on a certain day and time, they will.
